Meagan Alpha Pratt
MSN, APRN
Meagan Alpha Pratt is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse dedicated to comprehensive women's Healthcare across the lifespan. Her passion for women's health was solidified with the birth of there first daughter, inspiring her to provide the same compassionate, thorough, and patient-centered care she experienced during that pivotal time in her life.
Meagan earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She has been in women's healthcare for 20 years and a Nurse Practitioner for nearly 15. She opened Alpha Women's Wellness in 2022 to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering evidence-based, individualized care.
With a strong foundation in traditional women's health, Meagan has expanded to include a more integrative and longevity-focused approach, incorporating hormone health, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy and metabolic optimization when appropriate. She believes women deserve proactive care that not only treats symptoms, but supports long-term wellness, vitally, and quality of life through every stage - from reproductive years through perimenopause and menopause.
Meagan is deeply committed to patient education and shared decision making, empowering women to understand their bodies and feel confident in their healthcare choices. She considers it a privilege to support women with empathetic, personalized care while blending conventional medicine with holistic and functional strategies when beneficial.
Meagan resides in Argyle, Texas with her husband, three children and two bonus children. Outside of work, she is an avid cyclist and competes in mountain bike races at both a state and national level, reflecting her personal commitment to strength, resilience and lifelong health.

Monica Reno
DPN, APRN
Monica Reno, DNP, APRN is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in women’s healthcare. With nearly two decades of experience in obstetrics and women’s health, Monica brings a compassionate, thoughtful approach to caring for women across all stages of life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Utah with advanced training in midwifery and women’s health.
Monica is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care while integrating functional and longevity-focused medicine to support hormonal balance, metabolic health, and overall well-being. She values patient education and collaboration, believing women should feel informed, empowered, and supported in their healthcare decisions. Monica is honored to walk alongside women through both healing and proactive wellness, creating a calm, respectful space built on trust and understanding.
Monica resides in Texas with her husband and their four children and is enjoying life as a grandmother to her new grand baby. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring local coffee shops, always drawn to meaningful conversation and lifelong learning.

Melissa Cook
Office Manager | Medical Assistant
With 25 years of experience in healthcare, Melissa has dedicated her career to women’s health and pediatrics, working with families to provide compassionate, knowledgeable care. Her passion for helping others shines through in every interaction, and she brings a fun and bubbly personality to the work she does, ensuring patients feel supported and heard.
Outside of her professional life, Melissa is a proud wife and mom to energetic twin boys and a spirited daughter. Her family loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring nature, or playing with our pets. When Melissa is not caring for others or enjoying family adventures, you’ll find her challenging herself in CrossFit, staying active, and pushing her limits. Helping people live healthier, happier lives is not just my job – it’s her passion!

Rachel Bump
Medical Assistant Intern
Rachel Bump is a Medical Assistant at Alpha Women's Wellness. Originally from Double Oak, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University while competing as a Division I soccer player.
Before joining Alpha Women's Wellness, Rachel worked in rheumatology, where she gained experience caring for patients with chronic autoimmune conditions. Her experiences in healthcare have reinforced the importance of listening to patients, building trust, and helping individuals feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
Rachel is pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant and enjoys continuing to learn and grow within the field of medicine.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting museums, exploring different forms of art, listening to music, and staying active.

Caron Ludwick
LVN
Caron Ludwick has been a nurse for 23 years specializing in ER, pediatrics and medical/surgical. She and her husband reside in Argyle with their two children. Caron enjoys serving Argyle and the surrounding communities.
