Meagan Alpha
MSN, APRN
Meagan Alpha is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) focusing on women’s healthcare. Meagan realized her calling to women’s healthcare with the birth of her first daughter. She wanted to provide the compassionate and thorough care to families that her nurses and providers had shown her. Meagan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University. She went on to excel in her broad range of nursing practice in women’s health and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati. Meagan has always been passionate about women’s health, promoting evidence-based care and patient education while developing a positive and long-lasting relationship with patients. Meagan has been in practice since 2014 and is honored to offer her services to the women of her community. Meagan feels it is a blessing and a privilege to be a part of women's healthcare, delivering individualized, compassionate, and empathetic care while developing a supportive and trusting relationship with patients. Meagan practices a more holistic, functional approach to healthcare, using traditional medicine when needed. Meagan resides in Argyle, Texas, with her three beautiful children. Meagan is an avid cyclist and competes in mountain bike races on a state and national level.
Josette Stegmair
MSN, FNP-C
Josette is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Azusa Pacific University in 2017 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Texas Woman’s University in 2024. A nurse since 2015, she brings a strong foundation in primary care and a passion for integrative, patient-centered women's health. Her approach to care is rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment. She strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where women feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their health journey.
A native of Southern California, Josette and her family moved to Texas in 2018 and feel blessed to reside in North Fort Worth. She and her husband have two adult children and two precious grandchildren whom they dote on. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching historical documentaries, listening to podcasts, and bird-watching in her spare time.
Melissa Cook

With 25 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to women’s health and pediatrics, working with families to provide compassionate, knowledgeable care. My passion for helping others shines through in every interaction, and I bring a fun and bubbly personality to the work I do, ensuring patients feel supported and heard.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud wife and a mom to energetic 6-year-old twin boys and a spirited 9-year-old daughter. Our family loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring nature, or playing with our pets. When I’m not caring for others or enjoying family adventures, you’ll find me challenging myself in CrossFit, staying active, and pushing my limits. Helping people live healthier, happier lives is not just my job – it’s my passion!
Caron Ludwick
LVN
Caron Ludwick has been a nurse for 23 years specializing in ER, pediatrics and medical/surgical. She and her husband reside in Argyle with their two children. Caron looks forward to serving Argyle and the surrounding communities.
