Becoming a Patient at Alpha Women's Wellness

We're so honored you're interested in becoming a patient at Alpha Women's Wellness. Our Practice is built around thoughtful, comprehensive care, which means our team takes the time to get to know you, your health history and your goals.

To ensure each patient receives the attention they deserve, please read the information below and complete the New Patient Appointment Request Form. Once submitted, a member of our care coordination team will review your request and contact you within 3-5 business days to schedule your appointment and answer any initial questions.

Please note: Due to high appointment demand, calling multiple times will not expedite scheduling and may delay communication. If you have not been contacted after 5 business days, you may call for an update.

Before Filling out Form | Key things to know!

Your first Visit:

Your first visit is a 90-minute face-to face comprehensive New Patient Visit, ($360). This extended appointment allows us to have a complete conversations around your concerns, your health, and together work to find the best treatment options. Please note: We also allocate time outside your appointment reviewing your intake forms and other relevant health information noted by our customer care team during appointment scheduling.

Follow-Up Visit:

At your initial consultation, we'll order your first set of labs and schedule your follow-up appointment. Follow-up visits typically range from 30 minutes ($150) to 60 minutes ($240). Your provider will recommend the most appropriate visit length based on your care plan. Please do not arrive fasting to your first visit as labs will not be drawn that day.

Age Requirements

At this time, Alpha Women's Wellness does not accept new patients age 60 or older. This allows us to remain focused within our scope of women's wellness and hormone optimization services.

Billing and Insurance

Alpha Women's Wellness is a pay-per-visit practice. Payment is due at the time of services. We are happy to provide a superbill which you can then submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note: Our focus is on our patients and thus we do not process insurance claims and/or do not accept Care Credit

We are happy to order lab work through your insurance when possible; however, there is a chance some labs recommended by Alpha Women's Wellness may not be covered. Patients who are covered by MediShare, Medicaid, Medicare, or TriCare are considered self-pay and responsible for all lab fees, which are collected a the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

For new patients, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice or reschedule. If you cancel or are a no-show, you are subject to the applicable fees. Please visit our  full Cancellation Policy Here

Once you've reviewed Step 1 and Step 2 in detail to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please proceed to fill out the New Patient Appointment Request below.

Prepare for Your Visit

To make the most of your first appointment, we recommend:

  • Reviewing your recent lab work (if applicable)

  • Make a list of any current medications or supplements

  • Write down your top health goals or concerns

  • If you track your things like sleep, etc., these things are helpful too.
